COMBAT's STRIVIN' Referral Initiative helps you get connected to community resources available here in Jackson County.
Who Can Get Help?
Jackson County residents of all ages are eligible for assistance and can have access to the resources available to them. .
What is the Purpose?
Assistance is available to you, and we want you to get the help that can improve your circumstances. Things don't have to get worse before they can get better.
How Does This Work?
You just have to give us permission to make the referral, then we will connect you with other agencies that can offer the right assistance for you.
