Pastor Branden serves as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer with two decades of experience leading various community organizations.

Sharee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with community mental health agencies.

Gloria is a retired Raytown, Missouri school teacher and hold five degrees in education and accounting.

Pastor Chalmers has a background in youth and family services, as well as community ministry.

Joanne has served as manager, supervisor and administrative assistant for various for-profit and non-profit organizations.  She has certifications in business administration as well as wedding and event planning.

John previously served as Deputy Fire Chief of Independence for over 20 years.  He has spent the last 10 years working with community organizations.

Pastor Cedric has an extensive background in prison ministry as well as community mental health and addictions.

Courtney is a retired IT professional with experience in Addictions Recovery Support within the community and is one of the founders of the Greater Recovery Support Groups of AA, NA, CA and Life Recovery.
