Gloria is a retired Raytown, Missouri school teacher and hold five degrees in education and accounting.

Joanne has served as manager, supervisor and administrative assistant for various for-profit and non-profit organizations.  She has certifications in business administration as well as wedding and event planning.

John previously served as Deputy Fire Chief of Independence for over 20 years.  He has spent the last 10 years working with community organizations.
